Stringers was a full commercial restaurant renovation project, for a space totaling 8,500 square feet in an existing tenant suite. The existing restaurant was replaced with a classically reimagined tavern look and feel. The project included multiple indoor and outdoor bars and seating configurations. This renovation involved bringing to life the fishing history of Stuart, FL, by complementing the interior with imagery, a boat-like dining experience, and a custom boat bar made locally. When patrons step into Stringers, they immediately notice the craft of the unique & beautiful surroundings that pay tribute to the quaint town they live in.

Commercial Sitework | Jensen Beach, FL

The Conchy Joe’s campus expansion & reconfiguration project consisted of the sitework components needed to join two neighboring waterfront restaurant properties to share a combined parking lot. The scope of work included the demolition of multiple existing buildings, site clearing, installation of on and off-site storm drain system, underground utilities, lighting, paving, and landscaping. The waterfront components of this work included constructing a new dock and boardwalk along the Indian River to connect Conchy Joe’s to a future waterfront property, creating a living shoreline, installing a new seawall, and building a retaining wall. Additionally, the project required a partnership with Florida Power & Light and Comcast to convert their utility lines from overhead to underground. Consistent and strong coordination occurred daily with the client team to ensure all work was performed while keeping the existing restaurant open and uninterrupted.

Commercial Office Renovation | Stuart, FL

Interior renovation of existing 1,740 square foot office suite consisting of modifying walls to incorporate a new private office, conference room, telecom room / IT closet, and break room. Additional scope included new paint throughout, ACT ceilings, demountable glass partitions, casework and countertops, appliances, lighting, low voltage, A/V, door access control, and more.
