John provides an incredible scope of construction experience, from effective preconstruction planning to implementation of construction methods. His focus for AEgen includes business development, project management, as well as building and fostering client and contractor relationships. John strategically oversees operations, exemplifying teamwork and a commitment to quality and excellence. He reflects the principles of hard work and innovation in everything he does. His well-honed instincts are invaluable, and his experience and perspective are essential as the company moves forward. John’s pride in good work is abundantly clear to all who work with AEgen.

• Senior Project Manager | Webcor Builders, CA (11 years)

• Served in leadership roles for the San Francisco-based commercial general contractor and self-performing organization. Project build types included office, multi-family residential, healthcare, education, hospitality, infrastructure, parking structures, and interiors.

Superintendent

Keith oversees all field operations for our building projects. He works closely with project management to overcome challenges ranging from site logistics to code enforcement. Keith thrives on developing and mentoring those around him, creative problem-solving, and closing out projects on time and within budget.

With deep experience in construction, Keith has run his own company and now joined AEgen to run the field. He brings extensive experience in concept-to-conclusion projects, concrete repair, and restoration, working with vendors and subcontractors, and liaising with clients. His desire to help those around him succeed has made him a go-to resource for AEgen employees, clients, and subcontractors alike.
